Import Information

Importing data into our system​

The following options are available for importing data records from external systems:

  1. Import via interface (API)
    Data can be written directly to the system via the API provided. All necessary information on using the API can be found in the interface documentation: API documentation

  2. Import of a compatible data feed
    It is possible to provide a feed that already corresponds to our Datamodel. The feed is automatically retrieved and imported into the system on a regular basis. Details on how to create a compatible feed are described in Providing an importable Feed

  3. Individual import
    If none of the above options are suitable for you, an individual import can be carried out that is specially adapted to the respective source system. In this case, coordination with the respective contact person is required.
